HuiZhou Xin Yi Furniture Co., Ltd. (also known as Xin Yi Furniture or Xinyi Furniture, 新镒家具 in Chinese) is an OEM/ODM furniture manufacturer based in Huizhou, Guangdong, China. Established in 2003, we operate a self-owned factory covering approximately 30,000 square meters with about 200 staff members.
Our production range covers hardware structures, metal frames, stone and glass tabletops, upholstery and finished furniture for dining rooms, living rooms, bedrooms and commercial interiors.

From hardware to upholstery, our team supports product development, sampling, production coordination, quality control and export communication.
Built to each market's standards: Safety, material and chemical requirements for furniture differ by destination — Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa and other regions each apply their own standards. We confirm target-market requirements with every buyer at quotation stage and adjust materials, construction and packaging accordingly. Incoming Material Inspection
Metal tubing, board, stone, glass, fabric and hardware are checked against agreed specifications before production starts.
02 · IPQC
In-Process Inspection
Checkpoints at cutting, bending, welding, spraying / electroplating and upholstery confirm each stage meets tolerance before the next step begins.
03 · FQC / OQC
Final & Pre-Shipment Inspection
Finished products are checked for structure, finish and packaging, including carton drop-test standards, before loading. Inspection records are kept on file.
Product guarantee. Every order is backed by our factory warranty against manufacturing defects. Where an issue is confirmed to be a production quality issue, we work with customers on rework, replacement parts or agreed compensation.

Glass tabletops and panels are sourced from CCC-certified tempered glass suppliers, impact- and fragmentation-tested to China national standard GB 15763.2.
Upholstery
BS 5852 Flame Tested
PVC and leather upholstery materials are flame-tested to the UK BS 5852 standard.
